  • Camp registrations will be open to local residents and students already enrolled in West Grand and East Grand Schools on May 2.

  • Other Grand County residents can register on May 3.

  • Summer visitors can register beginning May 8.

Some camps have limited space and are available on a first come, first served basis. Registrations will be confirmed by email. (Please be patient.)

Campers must be 6 to 13 years old by June 1. All participants must pre-register and have completed paperwork before attending.

*** Drop-in registration is NOT available.

What you will need to register your child

Before beginning the registration process, take some time to read the Colorado AeroLab Family Handbook 2023. You will learn more about the daily operations and expectations along with policies for sunscreen, technology use, behavior and discipline, field trips and media releases.

During the registration process, you will be required to acknowledge that you and your child understand and agree to follow these policies. Please discuss these with your children before they attend camps.

All camps operate as a Colorado school-aged licensed daycare. All forms need to be completed for your registration to be finalized and your child’s spot to be reserved.

  • Immunization Record: State regulations require your child’s immunization form to be on record. These records are required before your child’s first day of attendance.

  • You can get a copy of your child’s immunization records at the Colorado Dept of Public Health CIIS Portal. This will already be on the official State of Colorado form.

  • The official form Colorado Certificate of Immunization form can also be completed by your child’s doctor. Please do not submit immunization records on other forms unless your child attends school in another state.

  • Your child’s registration will be complete and confirmed when we receive payment and your immunization records.

  • Email immunization records to: Camps@ColoradoAeroLab.org.
